so yeah reason that i haven't been posting as much is i'm not used to this much activity in a game, partly because i haven't assumed an active role in twg in a while and partly because i'm in my second game in a row on llf rn and you have already surpassed their post count. i have the time to play this game though.

take this as you wish.

right now i'm reading dbp town; i wouldn't expect him to change his playstyle after all this time unless something made him really excited about this game

aragaki's defensiveness was weird. you might've played that way due to inexperience with yoshl's aggression, but yeah idk maybe you're used to it i dunno if you've played with yoshl before
but there's nothing gained by sustaining a ~15 page fight in d0. you have a day clear by yoshl sure, but if you were looking to clear yourself all game with that then you're kidding yourself
judging by your posting style though you seem like you're the type to try in twg; if you're town i'll prolly like something you do later on

i have nothing on storn, and soramimi's always town anyway so i mean yeah

nothing lurker has done has tipped him in either direction imo, as he hasn't posted that much either. i'm assuming you guys are town reading him for sticking with his usual meta.

i gave yoshl a town read based on tone and that was dumb of me. one of his first moves as a wolf would be to post aggressively upon entering the thread.

xel's being weird this game, but he's funny and i want him to live longer

blind really needs to be prodded to participate in this game

also, dbp i think, xel is pretty confirmed wolf at this point by my books *shrug*

anyways, my only hunch is that if xel is a wolf, he'd have a more important partner, probably wolf roleblocker. #speculation

given the hillarity of his claim, and how serious about it he is, i can't imagine him doing it as town at all, and i feel like it's very similar to calling bluffs in poker and w/e

lol I'm not sure where you think I was trying to clear myself all game. You make it seem as if I was dragging out the fight just to prove a point when I wasn't, both parties (yoshl and I) were actively continuing the discussion/argument. As long as he kept pushing me I was going to keep defending myself, I'm not going to let someone take free shots at me and then later try to twist my lack of answers to their advantage

For the record my only game with yoshl so far was the first jtwg I ever played and he really held back that game

the purpose of a townie is to clear themselves and hunt wolves. you prolly won't catch both wolves but your behavior is within your control so it's really important to pay attention to that.
so yeah i'd assume that now you'd want to behave in a way that two day phases down the line someone will say, "hey, aragaki was like really town d0. let's add some townie points."

yet if I went the other way and just stopped fighting yoshl they'll scumread me for ignoring accusations

Some people just want to scumread me apparently. Or at the very least have a problem/find something weird with how I'm posting

So which part are you disagreeing with exactly?

Also there are a few situations for sure where a townie could be nervous, being in danger of a mislynch comes to mind
Maybe nervous isn't the exact word here but I disagree with "why would a townie feel nervous". Just because I have nothing to hide doesn't mean I can't feel nervous (which I wasn't even if it might have come off that way) when under pressure
