Pwnt.
I play 1.75x and I hardly ever avmiss. I trained myself to hit early when notes look close together when I started playing. Still get perfects though.

I play 1.5x on FFR, and 2.5x on SM (although I'm ludicrously worse at SM). I don't usually use the C-Mods, (using the x-Mods is an easier flow for me), but I'm comfortable at c555, capable of reading as fast as about c750... =.=

Can someone please explain what all this C700 or C1200 means? Is it like 700 words or in FFR, symbols per minute?

On FFR I use 1.0x massive screencut (Looking at the arrows) and on SM I use C750 (Looking at the judgment). On FFR I've found that I avmiss a lot less on 1.0x, get better pa, and I'm also just used to playing that way. The arrows don't even look choppy on 1.0x (unless I play a lot of SM), but higher than 1.25x and they look really choppy. On SM, if it's higher than C750 then I do ok on slow songs, but really fast songs including jumpstream and difficult patterns become much harder to read above C750.
When you use C700, the arrows are scrolling up or down at the same rate as if you used an xmod at 1x on a song that's 700 bpm. However, with Cmods, the arrows scroll at a constant rate, hence the C in C700. |

He plays hallway, which makes it much easier to read high BPMs. I can read in the 1000s with distant (which is similar).
That's still obscenely fast but if he's a good speed reader anyway it's not unbelievable.

I play C450 and 1.5x on FFR... I can hold exactly the same scores (sliiightly less MA) up to around C600 or C650 on SM, but not on FFR... I could probably go up to C750 without huge adverse effects....
