Stories Can Wait (Virtual Riot Remix)
The 3-arrow jacks were fine but the [134] hands that come after them make for a really rough transition, I wish those hands were [123] The green note burst at the end is whatever Other than that, file is gr8 The first color note burst after the bass drum speedup is so fucking fun to hit holy shit I could just play that part over and over again Guile of the Rime King Soooo am I the only one who thinks this file is harder than the D7 file? lol I think there's like one 48th that didn't convert as a jump or something and that's pretty troll Also in the 8th section in the middle there's this random left hand minijack into jump which was also a little weird Pretty solid breakcore file overall tho Mirage Garden (Full Version) Pretty hot~ You do streams weird though, it's like Carlos patterns not hi19 patterns, they make sense but I can't play them well haha But yeah this file is really really good Fun to play and technically very sound and all that

First impressions on difficulty playing on my boo-centric keyboard from home.
SR on D5 song 6-0-0-1 Didn't get a proper SR for D6s, restart halfway through for something messy like 16-0-0-4 SR on D7 song 5-0-0-1 (lol) Really digging the songs so far, but maaan am I inconsistent... my bests are like 64 AAA, 84 SDG, 95 FC. Thinking my inability to AAA is definitely going to come back and bite me before I go too far in d5, even though I find the songs somewhat easy, I'd get wrecked in d6. Anyways, Good luck everyone. Have fun! |

I feel you man
![]() Mirage Garden: so much fun ![]() Personally I don't like Guile of the Rime King (the song), the stepfile is pretty fun though Those 32nd bursts are pretty nastyStories Can Wait... I would say is better than Guile, haha. Maybe it's just music preferences making my opinions. All the others I haven't played because they're all too easy ![]() |

Mirage Garden is an impressive debut.
I'd like to think that the D7 charts will maintain this level of quality but I know we've got upcoming Dossar files so I'll eschew my false hope now. love ya doss |

I'd just like to say that I got placed extremely well, because the Whip is impossible.

Stories Can Wait was adjusted to have all the 64ths land on 4th/8th/16th/32nd placements to represent the color theory
Guile of The Rime King's 48ths are all zero frames apart. I also adjusted the 192nds so they weren't gallops in the slowdown sections. Mirage Garden, despite being 156 BPM, was pretty damn messy in terms of conversion placement -- I spent a decent amount of time on that. Congratulations to ilikexd on his first file ingame with a lot of diversity and a solid start for the official tournament.

On another note, Mirage Garden (Full Version) should be renamed to Mirage Garden (Long Version), which is what it's named in the album that it's in.
