Additional acceptance of files from May 2013 Regular Batch

If Black was submitted again for this period and there are intentions on reinstating a new resubmission threshold, then you should be eligible for another submission (ideally).

i mean, right now it's the july/august period.

black was submitted to the may/june monthly period, and i used up all 4/4 of my submissions then.

for this period, i've sent 3/4, and all of a sudden, black gets re-submission status. However, again, like i said, I subbed to may/june. Does that mean all of a sudden cap wraps around from the may/june period where it should be re-added to, or would i get 5 submissions (2 more) for the june/july month period?

I'll be honest, I'd rather cut down on the number of files in weekly releases than lower the standards on files.

In all technicality, this isn't reducing the standards of files at all -- previous batches had this cutoff (or .1 higher). If anything, the standards are being normalized rather than being excessively higher.

Nothing happens with Black for May/June at all. What happened to the file has no effect on your submission cap, because regardless of the status of the file for that period, you will be using one of your simfiles in your cap. Regardless of the status of that file, that one file would count against your submission cap. The only reason you could potentially receive any sort of "extra" submission is that the file ended up under resubmissions and you sent it in this period (essentially, this would be the difference between you submitting the file as a submission for this batch, or a resubmission from last batch).
