This is a possibility. Although I would replace the word "code" with the words "a front".
It's also possible any number of other services were rendered, the buyer owes the seller, and thus has guaranteed to win this bid with a high pay back. It's also possible the buyer is just a rich eccentric person who is collecting this for artistic purposes. |
