jTWG LXXXIV: 8 New Players and Raeko Game Thread

My first goal is to try to clear my name a little, since it seems everyone is thinking Im suspicious. I am trying to look for tells from others though. Trying to read metas is almost impossible for me though, since I've never seen any of you really post anything of substance before this game.

I think it's less of a suspicious play at this point and more of a super null d0 play given what's happened.

Well, ‘cuz at the beginning, that’s about the only concrete thing you can go after. Because wolves have a tendency to not post as much to avoid getting caught, right?

That can be true depending on the player. The thing about lynching inactives though is that you don't get as much information for later in the game, and it's also just a pretty big gamble since you don't have much evidence.

It's also usually pretty easy to get momentum going for lynching inactives, so wolves like to use them for mislynches.

Generally I don't really like lynching inactive players at the beginning unless there is some other reason that stacks on. As it gets further on in the game you might have to start going after them, it just doesn't give enough information this early

Im putting this here for now. I didnt vote last time, and I think not voting two days in a row would be a waste.

I think reading that heavily into that one part of Shadow Gods post is just kind of ignoring what anyone else is saying, and I feel like you might just be hoping everyone else is into it enough to get me lynched and maybe give you another night.

I could be wrong, but I need to at least try to act instead of stand idle all day.

tl;dr because I've gotta head out to work in 10mins:

me & sanzath had conversations back & forth in d0 and it took almost like what feels like 20 posts to get to where I was in solve. And while his first few posts were memeing it up about being a wolf, his 4th post in thread is casting a wide communication net followed by a back & forth with shadowgod, and then the 20ish posts. I can definitely see the back & forth posting as an agenda to build post count as a wolf as a solid d0 exercise to not get lynched for inactivity.

With shadowgod dead, the second wolf is basically on damage control with any shade that might get thrown their way with shadowgod aligning themselves with their partner. Fmpov there's a little bit of tell in EoD if it's the case with Sanzath, and the current reads from Sanzath after eod don't sit particularly well with me hence gutvote.

- what is the "tell in EoD" that you see coming from me being the wolf partner on damage control right now?
- is there any reason my reads don't sit particularly well? Or is it all just gut?
