I gave Staple a couple of tries; it's no use - I'm struggling so badly in the first 300 notes that the entire section might as well be considered one large mental block.

Given that I also have to upload the tournament files, it's looking like I'm not going to make any improvements.

I think the thing that bothers me the most, is that the AAA run was this close:

Had I not split that jump on my 70th or so play... I'd be in the finals.

I have to spend time prepping the round for you guys! Besides, I really can't complain -- 1g on a file that was put in as a 94 and changed to a 96 for being too low (first time in the entire tournament) is a pretty massive accomplishment in its own for me.

While I'm here, I will say that I am erring on the side of underrating on round 8 from my opinion; I've docked at least one (if not more) point(s) off on each file with the exception of the D7 file, which is at such a high range that a single point can really cover quite a bit. If the ratings seem low, they'll be adjusted.
