I don't find offering yourself protown either, especially when I makes people think "well golly gee he must be town because no wolf would do that"----plays that make people think that are the plays wolves want to do the most!

you know, i was just thinking that about Charu, offering himself for town as a form of sacrifice would just make the town think he's definitely innocent, from that perspective it does seem plausible, but i wouldn't want to throw hands so early.

Vietnam! Also I just got Jetlag yesterday and probably today as well, 6 hours difference really sucks for my biological clock. At least I hanged out with my friends this morning, great coffee talk.

Even though I'm new to this and I have some questions, like how do you vote out people, how the game "technically" works (in terms of step by step), do we have to somewhat roleplay (just like a real werewolf game back in my high school), etc... But I will wait and see what's going on before asking some obvious ones.

One issue I'm having right now (and probably a personal one) is the way the game works in a very old Forum style. I'm so sorry that I'm not used to this old-forum-2000s-vibe-like game, where I don't know what's going on and I have to go pages by pages, which oddly kinda hard to do some reading (comparing to other chat applications).

It is pretty much just like real life werewolf in most aspects!

The phases work in the same "steps" as real life. In day phase we will all talk together, and this is also when voting will occur. The person with the most votes at the end of day phase will be eliminated, and their role will be revealed upon their death. Then at night is when the wolves get to make a kill, and the seer will get to choose a target. When day phase starts again, the killed player is eliminated and we get to see their role as well

you don't have to roleplay but some people do. It's completely up to you how you want to play, everyone has their own unique play style in this game

To vote someone out, use these tags but without spaces [twg v]username[/twg v]. You can change your vote as many times as you want

This is a big complaint from everyone, even people who have been playing on this website for 15+ years hahaha, it's definitely not just you!

I'm assuming you might be playing on mobile? That makes it trickier, it's a bit easier on a computer

I'll buck against this a little. in this game we are guaranteed to lose a town every night phase, whittling us down over time. The earlier we solve the game, the better. The way to solve is to determine motivations and sincerity of the other players, and everyone will disagree on the best way to achieve that but almost everyone will agree that you can't judge someone without any content to evaluate.

It's less to do with lack of content being evidence that you're a wolf

Also we shouldn't really talk about PRs d0 because we don't want the real Seer to feel pressure to claim/slip up and say something that will target them in the night.

The reason I voted you over others is that you seem to had a strong first post but then didn't return. I wanted to see if you would engage with me if you had a vote, how quickly you would respond to me, if the logic of your rebuttal was sound, and if you disappear again once I move my vote or stick around.

For right now, just finish reading the thread with the knowledge that two of us are trying to hide their identity, and tell us what your thoughts are when you're finished. That's a good way to catch up and contribute to the solve.
