By variable speed mod, I'm pretty sure that just means he selected a slower speed mod for some songs and a higher speed mod for others. But each complete song still used only one speed mod.

Now that I AAA'd the first round of the tourney my life became that much more difficult to get the T3 pack. I honestly don't know if I could AAA 5 songs at 46 or better :c

This challenge's difficulty can actually skillboost a player and make them more confident in future AAA's.

Some of us will get it easy due to very easy repeats (or easy songs in general), but others will have a tougher time getting the Tier 3 pack.

The good news is for lucky song hunters is that you don't necessarily have to get the full 5 AAA's to optimize your chances of pulling one of the cards.

Highest AAA is a 54, Gamble Plus please.

Started off with a reAAA cause I'm lazy.


...Blackflagged Techno Green Greens on the last minijack or that would be first new AAA.

Instead this will be new AAA #1.


This one has been stuck at an SDG for a long time, but no more.

@DarkBlaze: It's not subtracting 0.5x from your speed mod. It's half of your speed mod. In your case, it'd be 1.3x.
