Some seriously sweet GFX in this thread. However, there is not enough usage of Helvetica/Century Gothic-type fonts.

Re: FFR Community Pack Spring 2012 (Submissions Open)
ok. I sent mine in. Hopefully I can get around to making some more difficulties for the song, but only have 2 for it right now. The song doesn't have a background either, it is a Video.

Re: FFR Community Pack Spring 2012 (Submissions Open)
Space Armada V2 (Bynary Fission)
Hard The 12th jump-jacks are a little bit much. Jump-trills would be more preferable for an easier difficulty. Yes Expert Solid. Yes Crunk De Gaulle (Second Movement) (wc) Oh my god blast to the past. Medium Acceptable. Yes Hard Solid. Yes Ludicrous Speed (Sticklydude) - Beat 15, consider shifting the patterns around to something more two-handed oriented. - My suggestion for the all the 32nd runningmen patterns is to make them into two-handed 32nd trills. 32nd trills are easier to hit than 32nd runningmen. - Beat 127, if you're not going to layer the 32nd, at the very least make it 16ths here. It would at least fit the feel and structurally look better. - M49+ (Beat 192+), make alternating trill patterns to follow the changing pitch of what you're following. It'd fit this section much better as opposed to having one straight trill, especially with the pitch shifting being prominent. - Likewise with M53+ (Beat 208+), shift some of the gallop patterns around to follow the changing pitch. - Overall, layering was good. The ending measures was a nice touch for climax and structurally piecing together your different jump layering choices. Tweak above pattern notes and make an easier chart and you should be good to go. Pending Diavolo (rparty89) - Offset was early by 0.04. Global offset issue probably. - Beat 22.25, the [13] 16th jump is technically inaccurate. it's on the 4th note directly above it. - Beat 34.5, lower the rate of the song and re-layer this part. It's technically inaccurate and seeing how broken up you made it, it doesn't flow off the fingers too well when you're playing it normally. - M14+ (beat 52+) percussive layering with jumps on the 4th notes would be a good addition considering that you layered the percussive crashes in the measures directly above. - M16+ (Beat 60+) you layered the 4th jumps in the measures directly above that go to the piano chords but completely ignore the ones directly below this measure? Layering inconsistency, flow issue, etc. - M22+ (Beat 84+) Trim the holds shorter in length. It becomes a cluster**** especially when you introduce 16th holdstreaming at M24+ (Beat 92+) and have holds directly under the hold ends. - M24 (Beat 92) and M25 (Beat 96) layer as jumps to layer piano chords. Consistency etc. - Beat 155+ shift the 24th one handed trill into something two-handed for better flow. - M42+ (Beat 164+) percussive jump layering on every other 4th note would be a good addition. - Overall, an improvement from last time. Still needs tweaks for layering fallacies as there's a lot to be fixed. No Chousai Kenbo Sengen (Ziergdsx18) Great. Make an easier chart. Pending Collapsing Floor (Detrimentalist) Medium Acceptable. Yes Hard - For the percussion when you offset the jumps as 8ths, it's technically inaccurate; it still falls on 4ths. Not sure if this was intentional for layering variation. - File's solid overall. Yes Still Alive in Love (Yume) Easy & Medium Both acceptable. Yes Hard Cute file. I personally would've gone all out and layered it thoroughly since piano is super prominent in the song. Yes Kanon (leonid) Hard You tried at least, rofl. Yes Expert Congrats, you hold the title for hardest file in the pack. Yes Poo (Yotipo) Easy, Medium, & Hard All acceptable. Yes Yes Expert Cute, very old school-esque, and minimalistic. I like it. Yes Call Upon the Seaponies (EuroSHOOBEDOO Mix) (megamon88) Hard Acceptable. Yes Expert - M43 (Beat 168) you missed 64th cymbal crash freezes here. Only spot you missed it pretty much. - Good. Brony appeal. Yes 20 Percent Cooler (Alex S. & LULZ) Offset was early by 0.04. Global offset issue probably. Easy Acceptable. Bumping to Medium difficulty. Yes Hard - Personally, would've preferred if the file was thoroughly layered for the percussive elements in addition to the vocal emphasis. It provides a lot of interesting layering opportunities. - Layering's acceptable. Only downside is that the file is fairly uninteresting and boring since you barely layered any of the background stuff and the majority of the chart is straight 8th stream with some offset 16ths. Yes Twilight Prince (Sanzath) Nice background changes. Adds a nice touch. Easy & Medium Both acceptable. Yes Hard - Consider trimming the holds to be at least a 16th shorter in length. Reduces to visual density, especially when you have a lot of freeze gimmicks. Freezes don't have to be exactly the same length as the sound they layer. As long as the freeze is present, anyone playing the file can immediately pick up what the holds go to. - No real commentary. file's solid and enjoyable. Yes Kagachi (Yume) Easy, Medium, & Hard All acceptable. You know what you're doing. Yes Expert Mines were a very nice touch on the file. Fantastic and good for scoring. Yes File queue is at 47 files. Also files that need GFX list has new additions for you hungry designers and artists.
