I finally finished doing this project I had (well, I didn't quite finish, but the deadline was midnight) and I finally get back to playing MS. Friggin barely got any eggs and no pet turkey still, but I did get to kill a mushmom before the check started. I 6-hitted her. XD I just hope we get mushdad (FIRE WEAK YAYYYY) if/when we get Jipang. >=)

My friend got to 70 and we were sitting around and waiting for MM, but she never came TT.

One time, my friend and I sat around mushmom for an ENTIRE hour. We killed one iron hog and POOF there it was.

Sometimes you need to kill the iron hogs on the map to get her spawning. This is true of course unless things have changed in the last year. =\

so yeah, i did the unspeakable last night, i started to play maple story again on the Scania server.

Ugh.

since ckj is the ONLY Scanian on FFR (why I dunno lol bera sux rofles), my new main character's name is Paichii. She's a bowman (again). Effing maple story.

tsugomaru: that's because that's how spawning works. A new monster's spawn is triggered by a "space" opening up in the map (ie killing a monster). Mushmom also has a timer (and that timer also seems to vary randomly between 40 minutes and about an hour). In short, the timer has to be up, then you have to kill a monster to open up a "space" for her to spawn.

Lain: I hear scania's market is the most ****ed up one of all. If you're starting a new character on an old world, do it in Bera and you can get in our guild.

i dont know if anyone mentioned it yet but emphasis on msea getting jipang (they call it zipangu)

i havent played maplestory for like.. 2-3 weeks. its just boring now and my computer is pretty ****ed up

Kay, I was just trying to explain why Fimbulvetr might not have seen the mushmom. Clearly, I was not clear enough.

Scania prices are really messed up and you'll be doomed for money as an archer especially... bow scrolls are 1.1 mil+ each and overall dex scrolls are stupidly expensive. I think 10% are 1.5 mil now and 60% are way over 4 mil, almost 5 mil each. I'm just focusing on getting a metus, because that will be the easiest way to get stronger since my arund sucks. Yeah...

No, we were killing stuff, but it didnt spawn cause the time wasnt up.

I dont understand how ur such a high lv in maple and are so good at ffr/ SM Bahamut...

Maybe because ffr and sm can hold my interest better than this game. I still play ffr and sm every so often because it's entertaining. I don't like this game anymore.

With the way my college net lags, I could never play as a priest here. Priests can't lag the way they train, cuz they die in 2 hits but full heal after each one to avoid death. I lag through 2 hits constantly (like, even when the network is being good, it still lags enough that I would often get hit twice without being able to attack), and there would be times I've lagged through 6-7 (unable to teleport away + in a group of wideass monsters so I can't walk out of them). Yeah, no priest for me, even if I kinda wanted one. =\
