Red Steel is going to deside whether the Wii pulls off FPS well. If it does i'll look into Call of Duty and Far Cry. NOM has said that it works really well but im still abit skeptic about it. Speacially since ive only got a 14 inch TV to play it on, unless I use the downstairs TV, which I will do, but won't want to keep up as I want the Wii in my room really.

Edit. I was just thinking about the DS. You know you can download demos and games with the DS, you guy think with some Wii game have an option to download stuff to the DS. Sort of like if you had Windwaker for the cube and Zelda for the GBA. That would be awesome.

If people like this enough then I will wait until January for the price drop and will then buy it if it goes under £200, or if the console itself goes down low enough, but the price is too high until after christmas.

There's a list out there of all the Targets in the US and how many consoles they're gonna get per store.

http://wickedsick.org/wii_finder/index.php

Stores around here are all looking to get 70-90 per Target. I won't have any problems.

An insider at Costco let it loose that the bundles are just a console and two games, and the games are likely Zelda and *something else*. Another insider said the 2nd game was Excite Truck.

As of right now, my Wii will be purchased at the Wal-Mart by my house. They're doing a minute-past-midnight sale. Perfect for me since I have work on Sunday. This lets me take it home and play it a bit before I go to bed for work. Don't have to get up early, don't have to wait in the cold. Perfect.

Thank you Wal-Mart.

I get My Wii Soon after it comes out and I'm sure I'll get it. People in my town don't play games much and most who do want the PS3 more >.>
I need a Wii too. My Gamecube won't work anymore even while putting a book on it (which had worked somehow) and at least the Wii is backwards compatible

Making plans with three or four buddies to camp outside of best buy/walmart in my area. I gotta call around and see if anyone's making plans to release it at midnight.

I want one really bad, but Im not getting it till next year cuz (1) Xmas shopping is heck and (2) If any of these Wii's are wonky, then I'll know about (hopefully)

Plus my paycheck sucks

and fish fish, I think all Gamestops and EB's are selling it at midnight. I heard it from a employee there, but since they close at 10, I dont know if I believe them.

So, where's these last few surprises? There's only eleven days left until launch; I'm pretty such a lot of retailers already have the system.

That's what I was planning on doing, but fortunately the Wal-Mart around campus is selling them at 12:01.

After the Ohio State - Michigan game, I'll be heading straight to the line at Wal-Mart.

Should be an awesome day.
