Apparently, U.N. Sanctions are a declaration of war on N. Korea. Kim said so.

And, N. Korea is getting ready to test another nuke. They are extremely stupid.

EDIT: Oops. I just re-read the article. It said that the sanctions being declarations of war were "proclaimed".

Kim Jong Il called the sanctions a declaration of war.

The UN did not declare war. I don't think the UN CAN declare war.

Oh. I just got home from school, and the news was on, and it said "U.N.", "sanctions", and "war" in the same sentence. I guess I was just assuming. I'll edit that.

The UN is really just a formality and an avenue to send nonpartisan troops to neutral areas for peackeeping when necessary. Look at how we trampled into Iraq without anyones approval.

There will be no War with N. Korea. The Bush administration is too ****ed in Iraq to launch another one.

PS. Shox they found radiation in the air above the test site today.

The Korean Conflict is finally going to finish?

If troops are sent over there, I hope the country is able to turn itself around. Hell, it'd be pretty cool if Korea was united again.

Are you sure of that? I was reading a news report that said the "nuke" may have been hundreds of tons of TNT in an attempt to scare the world. But maybe that's outdated now.
