#1 Some of us are freaking in high school, college, etc. so we don't watch these shows.
#2 In the past, Nick and CN had awesome shows, until they had to "upgrade" to "better" shows. BUT THEY ARE FREAKING CRAPPY AS HELL.

Is there any question, here?
Nick sucks and has always sucked, while CN has put some good programming on the air. --Guido http://andy.mikee385.com |

Re: cartoon network or nick
Cartoon network by a long shot mainly because of Adult Swim and even if you don't include that, it is still better. Nikelodeon use to be good back in the days of Rocko's Modern Life but now it just plain sucks.

Re: cartoon network or nick
all that nick has under its belt is ren and stimpy, spongebob and rugrats.
cartton network has had so many good shows naming them would just be pointless. |

I'll give Nick Rocko's Modern Life and Ren and Stimpy and Legends of the Hidden Temple, but c'mon, diamonds in the rough, there.

Re: cartoon network or nick
I used to watch Legends of the Hidden Temple with my dad. After a while the episodes are all too similar, though.

Re: cartoon network or nick
Cartoon Network. Samurai Jack, I love Samurai Jack. The best show to ever come out of CN. That and Megas XLR, Powerpuff Girls, Dexter's Lab, Grimm, Robot Boy, Invader Zim and Jonny Bravo. Not sure whether I spelt them right but you all know the shows I'm on about. It's all about Samurai Jack though. Aku is probably the best bad guy ever made.

Re: cartoon network or nick
Megas XLR was a TERRIBLE show. The whole thing consisted of "ZOMG, CARS, ROBOTS, OCCASIONAL SPACE BATTLE, ALIENS! ROFL."
Did it actually serve any other purpose than neuro-numbing children so that they were more susceptible to other mainstream cultural values? (In reference to tv here.)

Invader Zim I will agree with you on, although I think it is somewhat overrated.

Re: cartoon network or nick
WHOA WHOA WHOA, you did not just go there.
It was a complete and total mockery of the mecha genre, so for those of us that see Gundam shows and the like for the garbage they are it was hilarious.
