Mind Helping me...

Hey guys, i heared over the radio (not ffr radio) that a America-wide water war-type thing is going on, where you register your name and address, and if you shoot somebody who has registered online then they are "out" and whoever shot him must report his water hit online so he is out. Sorta like a CS with no boundaries, and with a TON of people. Problem is I can't find it and I need help in doing so, anybody mind helping me out? BTW i can't find it on google.

Edit: A Better description: 1.You Register yourself online 2.You buy a watergun 3. you print up a hitlist of people in your area 3. you stalk them for 3 hours 4. You then squirt them, run ALL the way home, report that they are out and sloth in your glory. 5. Repeat if Nessecary 6. BTW registering means you might have somebody looking for u too

this was in an episode of CSI: NY. i assume it was based off of a real game that takes place in NYC.

kinda hard to do it over the entire country... but in NYC, I imagine it would be an amazing amount of fun.

Uhm....The game is called the ship you have to BUY IT from steam otherwise I don't think it's been released yet supposed to come out around the same time as "Portal".

yeah lol... I forgot to point out something: this is real and my question is serious, the reason i mentioned the ship is beacause it sounds like it.
