I've passed it once, most likely a fluke since I can't do it again, but yes on rate 1x I have mashed through it.

Badger Oni Oni, on the other hand, speeds up to 1337 BPM with 64th quadjacks, I don't think it's even possible on rate 0.3x J1/L1.
