I find big boobs rather disgusting. They're pretty much just fat. There's nothing really special about them anyways. There's a little foreplay value, but that's about it.

yea they can be too big, even if medically... it can give women back problems. for example, if the original barbie were a real person, her boobs would be so unporoprtianate to her body that she would have to crawl around to carry her upper body weight (or so i had read somewhere or discussed in health class)
