Toph and Skor made Pad & Keyboard steps for some of them. So, yes.

EDIT: These are all the ones I can recall off the top of my head having pad steps:

CKMP 1:
Omega
Hit 'n Slap
A Little Plate's Rondo (IIRC)
Seven Eleven
Beat of the War (IIRC)
Silicon Gene
Love Is Orange
Lower World
Murmur Twins
PPR
Rainbow Flyer
(No. 13 and SOS may also have pad steps)

CKMP 2:
1st Samurai
Tears Are Forever
D Gang
Hardware Store
Shining Collection
Beloved
Classic Party 3

Yes, yes. Some of the sims in the CKMP 1 and CKMP 2 have both keyboard difficulties AND pad difficulties, so you can play them with either. I listed them above.

The VJAMix: Happy Sky fanmix I headed is entirely paddable songs. Some people like it, some people don't, really all I can say is see what you think.

What's wrong with having a file that contains pad and keyboard steps? Multiple difficulties for multiple...player...levels? I dunno. Something like that. Point is, deal with it.

It' cause keyboard steps dont really match the song. Like if there's the barney song and it has keyboard steps its going to have swarms and gallops and 300 Bpm.Thats the problem.

The flaw in your logic is that no one in their right mind would make keyboard steps to a song like that unless they were stupid or joking. Good keyboard files consist of steps that fit the music in a more exact way than pad files do. Obviously, you think keyboard files are just putting as many arrows in a 2 minute timeframe as possible, regardless of the song.

And about files with steps for both pad and keyboard, it's common sense to not play the steps meant ot be played on KEYBOARD on your feet.

Toph's Rainbow Flyer, for example, has Light, Standard, and Heavy steps that are meant to be played on your feet, while the Oni steps are obviously for keyboard (16th jumpstream = not paddable). No one is forcing you to play Oni on pad, so DON'T.

The Stepmania Mix crew (www.smmix.com) is releasing a demo for Smmix: Lightwave in the next week sometime (I forget the exact date). This will have 14 songs with beginner through oni charts on single and light through oni charts on double. It will at least have a few 11 footers in it, so it should keep you fairly challenged.

Other than that I think Virtual Visions is someing towards a close on Bemanistyle, but there hasn't been any action in the thread in a while (though they're almost done with the pack).

I'm working on a variety of songs for both Smmix as well as some random stuff on the side. I'll be uploading some songs to bemanistyle over the next few weeks and will post links when I do. I have two songs in Simfile Revamp I which I definitely reccomend you download (if you didn't already). I did Death Moon and Life Light, and I've been told my files are pretty fun.

The only other option is looking for random pad packs on bemanistyle and downloading officials from www.ddruk.com.
