This Is a great Idea. We should also really really really really change the difficulties of many songs, because they simply don't fit the difficulty they really are.

Example, silence Is supposed to be a 13, a higher rank than gurus. Gradeus Is a guru, and It Is a much harder song to combo than silence. So my question Is

How exactly are the songs rated? Who rates there difficulty?
