if you got 575 perfects, and 0 of anything else... that is pretty good, yes.

You get awesome by having 1 part natural talent and a lot of practice.

Also... post screenshots. You can host them for free on photobucket.com and then link to them here with [img] tags.

Finally, try not to post in all capitals. For one, it doesn't work, and secondly... it just looks funny having the first letter of each word capitalized.

GL with that LD... I just did it the other day, and then starting working on top500... 1 to go. Guess I'll work on top400 now. Not that much work to do for it.

Also, are these 2 lists in the near future?
-top100 based on overall score
-top100 based on average rank (with a qualifier that they must have a score on all 139 levels, even if it is 0 or negative... something like that. On FFRCade, our qualifier for the average rank list is a score on 75 games, out of the 150ish we have, but we have far far far fewer members, so we wanted to make it easier to qualify for the list.)

I'm guessing neither would be very difficult to do, and I think A LOT of people would like it.

Notice that Cia Rave i AAA'd on down scroll and Uber rave is my first ever fc.
I couldve done better but i seem to always get nervous on the last bigass stream.

Sorry for the double post. Anyone know a thread for finger positioning on the keyboard? My right hand feels awkward when doing streams like Delirium and CIA Rave.

very nice delirium.

After takin 2 days off... started working on getting all my scores to be top400. Managed some huge improvements on these 2:

This was SO frustrating, 3rd to last note... but my old best combo was 600-some, so I can't complain that much.

And my best combo on this was 195 with 117 goods and almost 20 misses. Had a run with 50-some goods, but combo was much less. Can't seem to combo the end jump-streams worth a damn.

Dropped my average rank from 109.09 to 104.46 with those 2. And, my PA is so bad because I'm transfering files still... which kills the smoothness of my scroll for whatever reason. FPS or something.

EDIT: Only 5 scores above 400 now... I can do so much better than this, just haven't been able to. Can't FC, but I can get 700+ combo. Again, horrible PA because of the scroll.

Average down to 102.76

EDIT2: MAX Forever down to 284th.. 1687 combo. F-ing tranfering + trills = misses. Had 4 misses, all on the trills AND worlds worst PA. 300+ goods, 50ish averages. Absolutely terrible. At least now I know I can FC this long ass POS. Overall Average down to 101.3. Lovely^3, Epic, and P4U are going to take time getting under 400. Next up, Force of Light @ 402nd.

EDIT3 (8:07am): Down to 3... Epic is in the 300s. Not going to be easy for the final 3. But I can do it. Average: 100.71223021583. So close to 100.

EDIT4 (9:49am): Came back from IHOP... and then there were 2 AND now all songs are top425. Got Party4U down to 310s. AND... Average: 98.920863309353. Sup under 99 rank. Hardest song to get under 400 will be Force of Light. Sitting at 402 and I just can't combo the middle of it. 1st 450 are perfect, last 500 are perfect. middle 100 sucks.

Heh. This is my 5th day with my FFR accout and so far...

FC:Moonlight Sonata, Falling Into You, Get on The Move, SuperMario8bitRemix, Trip to the Moon, and Stay With Me. (Unlikely)

I've only played on it for 4 days, so i've only had 10 hours to play. 'Cuz I'm new, this made me happy.

*EDIT* I FC'd Get on The Move 15 minutes after I woke up yesterday. That made my day at 7:30 AM.

Good job Kairi.

Some goals for you: Work on SDGing (Single Digit Greats, with 0 boos, 0 averages, 0 misses) Mario, Moonlight, Falling into You, Trip to the Moon... and then work on AAAing (all perfects)

Also, work on FCing: Massive, Breaking the Common, Burnout, Secret Zombie Room, and Alpha Helix.

Basically, the top group are all VERY easy songs. Work on them to perfect your timing on hitting the notes. The 2nd group of songs are the next tier. They have 16th note runs in them that are not all that fast. The first step to getting to be good at FFR is being able to FC these type of songs. And then you can feel comfortable to move onto even harder songs.

And, for another update of my own... I don't know how I did this:

All 3 misses were on the stupid jumps with the 1 random 16th thrown in. There are 8 sequences of them in the whole song, I believe (maybe 6). I hit half. So, work on that a little bit, and I should be able to FC this.

Also, Average: 97.417

EDIT1 (10:28am): Hyper Pressure... nearly FC. 638 combo. Dropped rank 140 to 220s. Average: 96.453

EDIT 2 (11:01am): Minor improvement on Delirium to 896 combo, 30 ranks up. But... this was nice, despite crappy PA again:

Average: 95.8129

If you mean the mini 32nd rolls, then that's what they actually are, and there are 8 of them IIRC, not counting the big ones.

Yea... those. 4 right at the start, and 4 about 950 notes in. Royal pain in my ass. Only thing keeping me from a FC are those. I can do the ones at the end, but not consistent enough with the jump ones.

Few other minor improvements... Average: 95.345. I guess the new goal is 90. Only 2 songs not top400, both are under 425. Another productive day, and it is not even noon yet. Guess that is a benefit of waking up at 5am.
