That's nothing. I'm a double amputee and I can AAAA Payon v2 Doubles Dark Stealth Shuffle with both of my stumps, while at the same time solving a crossword puzzle with a pen in my mouth and playing a grand piano with my feet, and having strong electrical shocks fed into my spinal cord every 3 seconds.

You practice. At first I couldn't beat anything 3 Difficulty or higher. Now I can get through Heavy Ice Climber, but not challenge. Challenge kicks my ass, and my computers ass, and my whole families ass, and my ancestors ass, all at the same time. But after lots of practice, some day I may be able to beat it.
