Ok what the hell

I was soloing DT when this hermit comes up and asks to party. Yeah cool whatever I invite him.

Then a friend of his, an ice mage came by. He was added as well.

Then some random bandit comes up and is like "can i join party" so naturally, I added him.

Then they're all like "LOL LETS GO TO VIKINGS EVEN THOUGH WE'RE TOO WEAK"

Whatever. No big deal. I told them I wouldn't stay if I couldn't take a hit from them.

On the way back up from DT, we see a DK. He joins the party.

Never did get a chance to test if I could take a hit from vikings or not because as soon as we got there everyone was like "this sucks lol lets go to gatekeepers"

So, we went to gatekeepers. We killed a few (and they went down very quickly).

Then everyone was all "hey lets go to grims" so we went.

We get there and do a few laps. The exp is decent-- not especially good, but better than a lot of other things.

The bandit shows off his ability to one hit kill GPW using meso explosion. After he finishes killing however many he did with one attack of that, we all jump down and start attacking the remainder of the mob.

Only the DK forgot to reactivate HB. Just before I went back to town, it looked like they were all about to die. After I got back to town, I disbanded the party. I hope at least the DK died.

I bought the glove as 2 atk 3 slots left for 1.9mil, and bought 3 60% Glove atks.. which in Khaini are at almost 3 mil ea! :O So I was really gambling, I'm so psyched that they all worked. =D

Worst summon movie I've ever seen. First off, the moron kills himself. Second off, he kills roughly 3 or 4 people total. 3rd off, he summons in the fcking LUDI PQ ROOM (wow that's smart no one is gonna kill your panda teddies there). He's not even strong enough to start summoning on noobs cause he's one of the people you would summon on.

dragon: Good lord, your prices ARE messed up. That's really weird. o_O

General note on money-making: My pure int cleric on jMS has about 450k right now. I started him with no funding (my only other char is a poor warrior, and I didn't put any of his money in the bank) and he's level 32 with about 70 or 80% to level 33. I expect to have over a million by level 40 easily. Also, remember that slow pickup rates cause a lot of money to be lost due to disappearing. Not a WHOLE lot, cuz I'm greedy about picking my stuff up, but I could have gotten more.

Granted, crows drop stimulators, so I'm maybe 40k ahead of what I would be in gMS, but since I kill less of them (1.25x jMS exp makes crows be 75 exp as a level 20 monster) and they don't drop a lot more money than zmush (what I'd be killing in gMS) I might have made more if I had done this in gMS. The trick is that he's a pure int. Only thing I've had to buy from the store was my sauna towel (30k in Jipang), my whitebottoms (20k or so? I forget) and my wooden wand (like 8k or something?). I idled to regain HP/MP (except in PQs) all through first job and now that I'm a cleric I don't need HP pots. I've gathered so many MP pots from my levels that I didn't use them that I'm still working off of pots from drops and quests.

Also, isn't your sin able to take down kitties? You could level him there while collecting horns and then use them on your cleric-to-be in order to quickly get him up to 2nd job. The chickens and what not you get could be given to your sin once your cleric can heal himself without them and he could use the lemons or whatever other pots from the EQ so you'd have almost no expenses. As far as a skill build for a money-saving cleric, you get Heal then max MP Eater so you don't even have to buy MP pots. After that max teleport so it's low cost. Since damage isn't horribly important for a cleric, you can get away with always having a wooden wand. If you decide you like your pure int cleric you could always buy a decent yellow umbrella (you'll have enough by level 40, most likely) for faster killing (and thus faster money).

But yeah, you do whatever you want. It's your character. =P

Although our economy is inflated, Khaini does has its benefits..
for example, late at nights or early in the morning, it's easy to find mutiple channels empty for Kerning PQ; Ludi PQ is the same way.. Mushmom is also a sinch to find too.

HOWEVER, I have a job interview tomorrow at 2pm (I'll prolly post in chit-chat once I get the job (it's basically guaranteed, but just in case I'm not posting yet XD)) and will prolly have less time to play. WAY less time. Jenna basically comes and steals me away from the computer any time she's not working, and once I start working we'll have less potential hang-out time so she'll be more swift in nabbing me from wherever I am. That means I'll be constantly either working, hanging out with Jenna, or waiting/getting ready for either. I won't be able to stay up too ridiculously late either, if my work schedule conflicts with my current sleeping habits. =\

Also, I will prolly focus more on gMS since Tee is about to hit 82 and I don't want her to totally pass me up. =( That oughta get Chris playing his priest a lot more, though. XD

Seems I'm starting to get into the same boat as Cam here...

MS is kinda overunning my life. Every time I try to take a break I end up playing again, but after 5 seconds it's boring =/. I know this is probably my 5th post on this and you're all probably sick of me whining, but I just don't think MS is for me. All it is is press control for power strike 5 or so times on a yeti, gain exp, go to anothet yeti etc. etc. It's just boring. If I take a break from MS, which I most definately need, I'm pretty certain the same thing is gonna happen quick when I start back up. It's puzzling that I got addicted to this game in the first place o.O Try not to flame me for all this whining I've been doing about how MS is boring. Who knows, I may come back in like a month and wanna level, but the spark will die quick =/.

So yea. I'm gonna try my hardest not to play this game, and find other stuff to do for awhile. God knows I need a break. May or may not feel like coming back.

EDIT: I was thinking about letting people try out my account (I know this sounds pretty absurd concerning the whole NX thing, but after seeing how noah and jay and eric have shared info safely with each other I think that's enough proof to trust people here), since I won't be playing for awhile. Please don't die (pretty easy to tell I hate grinding). And try not to lose too much money in anyway. My money is starting to get pretty tight.

Rofl that was me remember? =D Well crows are a big nono for bandits because I have no range at all and I would lose so much money with mp and hp pots. I'll have to pass on that one. Well, I have been really into my ranger nowadays so I'm not sure how much effort I'll put into jms. I might after my friend becomes a priest because most of my time is in helping her level at zombies or souls. I'll see what I can do.

So at zombies, I can get about 12% an hour. Every morning, I have the opportunity to play for a few hours, and get at least 25%. This means, at bare minimum, I will 3rd job within the next 27 days. I will obviously play more than that, so it'll hopefully be much sooner.

Yeah, it's too bad every time I go to play my priest lately something bad happens. I've died something like 6 times in the past few days. I'm still pissed off about that DK letting me die.

And last night, I was set to party for a long ass time at grims with a DK when a thunderstorm came by, and oops, my family doesn't want to invest in a surge protector.

Oh, by the way, I'll probably also be getting a job soon. It'll probably be Circuit City or CompUSA which is really cool.

Taking a break works wonders. I took almost a month break after AP testing mostly from guild problems and most people being total asses, then went to jms for a little. Now my ranger is not boring at all and it is fun just to fool around in ossy and ludi. I don't train much anymore (mostly hunting random crap like dynp and WWs) but I still hope to at least get to 80 before I quit for good.

I hit 40 w00t.

My spoils for training were I did.

A below average Steel Slain (I could possibly make 200-250k for it) and an average Mithril Brist (which I might keep). I made about 500k training there O_o. 200 in mesos and another 250-300k in the drops I got.

Too bad I can't hit 43 berfore July because of my vacation. I'm leaving tomorrow in the morning and I won't be back until July 4th =\. I'm glad I at least hit 40.

Oh, and all people on Bera, please give me fame when I come back...I need 6 more fame for my armour XD.

EB and I found the weapon factory in Jipang and I met a very nice ranger who was just killing bains. We didn't find anego or grandpa >.< but we did find gunboss. He did 4.5k-4.7k damage to suicidial eb and me =) It was fun. Level 30 and a bandit finally.
