Default Pee Wee's Playhouse

This show was on way back in the day, like 80s back in the day.
Its coming to [adult swim] July 10th, anyone ever seen it?

This shows that Adult Swim is getting desperate.

I remember seeing some Pee Wee's Playhouse movie 10 years ago or something. I don't remember what it was.

I'm actually looking forward to this show, it looks really funny. Stupid 17 year old in a gay suit and a gay house spazzing out every 10 seconds, it had better be funny. Not to mention that he looks like a young Adam Sandler.

The preview for this show that I saw looked incredibly messed up.

Saved by the bell.

And yes, the Peewee movies were much different than the show. The movies were more realistic (if you can even call them that...), while the shows seem to resemble a drug trip.

Glad to see that if a live action show will be on Adult Swim, it'd be one like this.

People of different ages look at television shows differently.

Imagine how a 7 year old watches Spongbob compared to a 20 year old who watches Spongebob.

It will be on Adult Swim for any number of these reasons:
#1: To show adults this show that many of them watched as children and to show them how different they see it now
#2: Nostalgia in the idea that many of the Adult Swim fanbase grew up on this.
#3: Turner Broadcasting got the rights for the show and has no where else to air it.

Personally, I think it's #3.

Mam, I had the 8 or 10 VHS box set for this show. I loved Pee Wee.
He was so cool. My chemistry teacher was talking about iconic
characters, and I mentioned Pee Wee, my techer just kinda sighed
and said that he didn't really like him. Then he raised his hand as if
he was holding something and asked if I knew what it was. He said
it was Pee Wee's Playhouse. My chemistry techer is pretty mean.

My ScreenPrinting professor when to school with Paul Reubens (Pee Wee Herman). The original Pee Wee's Playhouse was intended to be a adult comedy but some how it got turned into a kid's show.

I love Pee Wee's Playhouse.
