No, it's not. And some people have it because Izzy uploaded it to BMS a while ago. it's still raer because very few people downloaded it.

The Way of Life is such old news. Blurk gave it to me in January or something. The same time I got TGWP. ^_____^ My computer died from the sheer amount of awesome it was placed under at once though.

Moogy gave me tgwp full so aim me 4 da MW simz, but don't tell zagh about it because he'll be mad. shhhhh
