Help me

I need art work that is about the size of a page for a background. The catch is it has to be in .jif(f) format. I have found many photos that are good a have a file converter but the quality is terrible after it is converted(I'm using quick change). I was wondering if anyone has a better (free or freetrial) program. Also
if you are willing I would appreciate any artwork that you may have done that is also in this format. I need it to be up-beat and happy but not too bold(its a background remember(sp?))
