I went vegetarian for a month. I didn't overly miss meat and it wasn't really that hard to not too eat meat. I just have good will power when it comes to things like that.

I'm sorry, but that was funny XD.

I'll eat just about anything when it comes to food(except for cooked spinach, >:c ), because I didn't crawl to the top of the food chain to munch on carrots. But, I believe everyone has a choice in what they want to do, no matter what it is. So if someone doesn't want to eat meats, its A-Ok with me.

Vegetarian? Go vegan. Boycott Animal Cruelty.

Drinking milk supports the veal industry. Drinking milk, you get too much of the right thing. It's perfect for calves but wrong for humans. For all you who want to be educated

Go to google or google vidoes are look for a video called "Meet Your Meat" It's so mind swaying.

You'll never eat meet again. And everything you see is ta regular way they animals treated, they are not special occasions.

I have so much vegan info...

Go vegan!

I love meat. My vegetable intake is very poor, but I balance it out with increased fruit intake.

Oh and by the way, I havn't gotten sick in years and was never sick as a child.

I love meat.... mmmm burgers, steak, chicken.
I love dairy....

I love only a few vegetables like corn and potatoes, and only like a few others like carrots (when it's with a roast and potatoes), lettuce, plus some others.

I haven't been sick in years.

As long as you dont support peta then its all good. Although i eat meat almsost everyday and eat junk food and almost every american fattning product you can find. I havnt been sick since i had chicken pox five years ago and that hardly counts as something from my diet.

Going vegan for fun seems stupid. Doing it cause you find it gross to eat animals... w/e

Animals eat animals. Just seems so logical.
Not my choice to decide what you eat though. I just dont think it really has that much of an effect on your health. Unless your old and your matabilism is total crap.

I would feel less guilty eating animals if they were treated a bit better before death. I know it's not really "practical" since they were literally born to be eaten. I guess I'm just a softy.

btw I never really intended this to be such a serious topic, I thought people would go "lol" or "I like veggies". Surprised me that it ended up in CT.

PETA make me laugh, there's a South Park episode about them. I've stopped drinking milk now because of the whole it's not really meant for us idea. It's kind of disturbing. The thing is if i cut back on my meats and go up on the vege's i start to grow height wise and kind of get lankier.

It's natural to eat meat. Other animals do it, we are animals, so why fight nature.

I had a kfc yesterday, but then had mince/potatoes/vegetables for dinner.

Today I had sausages, chips, peas for dinner, but had fruit and yoghurt and whatnot for lunch.

I'm fine being this way.

Thumbs down Re: One plea for vegetarianism.

Let me point out a few flauds- THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO DON'T GET ENOUGH PROTEIN. My brother fainted in the bathroom at school from protein deficiency. THERE IS MORE THAN ONE BLOODTYPE certain people need to eat certain types of foods, having blood type O and fangs it is quite obvious that I am intended to eat meat- and I do so without regret and do not care if a lesser being has died to fuel me in life. And I read through two whole paragraphs of nonsense to get to the topic at hand.

If you like Hibachi Steak...come visit me sometime at Masato of Japan in Savannah. But seriously...i've considered being a vegetarian. I've watched the Kentucky Fried Cruelty video on the how restaurant producers treat their animals. Most of them are pumped with antibiotics, steroids, and other chemicals to promote fast growth.

However "you are what you eat" and by eating a piece of chicken from kfc you also consume the steroids in their bodies. Thats why i try to avoid fast food as much as possible.. but i just can't get enough of Taco Bell.

Another thing to add is that the animals are stuff and cramped into tiny shacks. With little or no room to move and stretch. They walk amongst the feces or dead bodies of other animals.

I may not be a vegetarian though. But Im finding ways to eat healthier...even with meat. Maybe the junk foods we eat are the main problem..not to forget soft drinks. I no longer drink anything caffeineted except coffee once in awhile. I hope my comment help at least a little bit. Its very hard to "just give up meat".

I eat meat because Humans have always eaten meat. We are built to eat both meat and plants.

Besides, I don't see the difference between eating meat or plants. They're both living things. If you don't want to harm a living thing, then go starve to death, or live off of salt and water. If you just don't like eating meat, good for you. If you think it's morally wrong to eat meat, then I believe you haven't thought it all the way through.

But still, I wouldn't recommend eating processed meat.
