Hasn't anyone here played Rainbow Six? Obviously not, because if you did you would know where the word pwned came from. Don't make me get some Rainbow Six veterans on here. If you really think its a typo that everyone kept repeating because they liked it, your wrong. It means "Power Owned." Its what I do to TC's mom every night. Now has anyone here even heard of Rainbow Six?.... Now look at hund atleast he knows what pwned means. POWER OWNED!

Wait, wait, wait. Your friends stumbled upon pwned and that makes it factual? Look Power Owned takes a while to type, especially during a online game, so pwned is a short way to write it. Makes sence. I know Sfrius plays both R6 and CS (hey look another shorter way to write something), so I know he knows what he is talking about.

Everyone who is a online gaming veteran has accidentally typed pwned in their lifetime. It got popular because of this and now people purposely do it. I think the level of noobness on this thread is so high I seriously can't listen anymore. POWER OWNED? WTF that's almost as bad as like PRE OWNED and all this other crap noobs come up with or noobs tell noobs.

RobbyZero is 100% right. pwned is a TYPO. Nothing more. Nothing less. The rest of you must've spoken to people who made a typo, didn't have the guts to admit they'd made a mistake, and dressed it up to make themselves feel better.
Let me say this again. PWNED IS A TYPO OF OWNED AND USING PWNED INTENTIONALLY IS THE HEIGHT OF IGNORANCE AND INCOMPETANCE. Everybody's allowed a typo every now and again, however.
