Alright this has probably been done before, but being lazy I decided to ask it anyway...what's everybody's favorite music? Genre choices being...teh ones in the poll, for those slower *noobs* out there.

I don't like any specific genre in its entirety. But I can't stand rap, pop or country... ick..... I'm a real theatre geek, though, because I listen to a lot of musicals. Not the old crap, but stuff like Avenue Q (It's in your DNA, you're gay!) Jekyll and Hyde and stuff like that.

YOU GUYS! I WAS COVERING THE EXTREMITIES, HERE! Okay, rock is like...rock is soft rock, alternative, hard rock...think nickelback, linkin park, that kinda thing. Metal is like Metallica, Godsmack, Disturbed, etc. Rap, pop, and country should be self explanatory...*they all suck!* And other is for those of you who like dance (sorry! i friggin forgot it...bite me), 'other' music, or music that you like that i didn't put up there. Like classical alternative trance pop/rock metal remix.

Why is the purest form of music not up there?
That is to say, blues. All rock and all of rock's subgenres came from blues.

WHOA Metalica, Godsmack, Disturbed are NOT metal....they are rock. Just becuase Metalica has Metal in it doesnt mean its metal. Metal is like hardcore rock were people get killed in the mosh-pits (mmmmmm mosh-pits). You should of put rock/metal in the poll.
