the suggestion:
i think people should have a required amount of posts before they can upload files.

the apology:
sorry if someone already suggested this but i searched and found nothing. i

the main reason i want this:
i'm tired of seeing some person have 10 files on the first page and no posts.

final words:
if you can do this i think a number between 100 and 150 posts would be ideal.

Seems like backwards thinking to me... making people post before they can contribute.

What if there was a way to filter the results so that the users with the most posts' sims appeared first.

Actually, any kind of filtering would be nice. :/
