Default Devil May Cry 3

Holy shit. This game is fucking hardcore. I picked it up for $20 at a day after thanksgiving day sale, and have spent about an hour with it. Hard as hell. The only complaint I have with it is the screwy camera, and even that is livable. This game is easily the most intense game I have ever played. If the first two levels are any indicator, I'm really going to have fun with this game.

Never got to the third. In fact, only went halfway through number 2.

Still kinda tramautized from beating DMC1 completely.

I got it the first day it came out it was good and all but not worth the 50 bucks I spent, but 20 bucks would be a good price. It may not be worth 50 bucks but it has a good story and a great game with not that much replay value.

not sure if it would help you, as i'm sure it skips ALOT of the game and makes use of a ton of shortcuts and advanced techniques... but, it could help.

Watching that would ruin the game for me, I'm sure of it. No matter how amazing the video is.

Did you know the Japanese version included midlevel saves? The difficulty was also raised in the North America version.

I knew both of these things. Also, in the japanese version, yellow orbs restored you to full health the moment you died. In the American, they bring you back to life at the last door you entered, causing you to completely redo the fight.

Because Japanese have a stereotype that Americans like harder, better, faster, and stronger gameplay. That's just the way it is around the world. I beat this game and I beat it one more time just to get all the unlockables. However, this game is showing me no digital love.

PS: How many Daft Punk songs did I reference too just now? Winner get a Chrome Point.

This Game is By Far the Best PS2 Game I Have Ever Played. Dante.. --drool--
They could of made Mary hotter in my opinion, her facial and hair just didnt cut it for me. but hell, dante totally made up for that. Im currently tryin out hard mode. so all the stuff isnt unlocked yet.. im not so great as to get SS on missions (only on one, the first on easy xD) bah.. but it Does have replay value.. if you consider trying the harder modes replay. They Are the same missions and such. And all the techniques and style's you could upgrade and master gives the game a much longer play time than usual. lvl 2 gunslinger, lvl 2 trickster, lvl 3 swordmaster. beat easy and normal, all techniques except beowolf and nevan bought. most guns maxed out.. and im going at a hardcore 36 hours!! xD

Um... no...

The stereotype is, for the most part, that Americans like easier stuff. Please refer to any shooter ever released here, Gitaroo Man, and USA DDR home releases.

Is it just me, or are Beowolf and the horse guy really, really easy bosses?

Most bosses take me an hour or so to learn their attacks and beat, but Beo just took 2 tries, and the horse guy I beat on my first.

I haven't played the game in a while, but when I stopped I was at level 7 on Dante Must Die! mode, I almost beat that level too but I died when the boss had a sliver of health left =/.

I just got to the megaman-style "Fight every boss in the entire game over again!" Level. Blar.
