This is not the first time he's done this, although it's the first time in a while.
I don't see why he doesn't just PM it to himself, no risk of deletion that way and it doesn't annoy anyone else by taking up space. Back in the day when he was doing it basically every day I kept pushing LD or chardish to ban him but whoever it was wouldn't do it :(
