star, you're missing my point on both of those.
I don't mind the fearmongering. I do mind that his explanation for his vote today was so counter to the publicly expressed statement the previous phase.

similarly, I don't mind the "slip" but I do mind that the explanation is so counter to the sentiment.

if you just want DBP more, then say that, but if you really disagree with the entire read then I think you're bring infinitely more generous than you should be
