What if exterminator protects me every night, I’m considered clear up until N=day of termite victory minus one day, where you can just lynch me to cardflip. Then at the least we have a 2 person alliance for a few days.

There’s not a high chance for false exterminator claims with only 2 termites imo

I read the DMs again and it didn't mention that the Exterminator turns into a stump if they get lynched, so I'm assuming that if the Exterminator gets lynched they just die forever

Also, I didn't realize that being swarmed completely removes you from the game. And only being lynched turns you into a stump. I wonder how that affects strategy
