Is it possible to have 80000 songs played and only hit 260000 keys and 24000 playtime on a 1.85 year account? Thats only 7888 3 minute songs... seems like cheating..... :/

Your play count goes up if you quit before finishing the song. Maybe this person has a habit of frequently quitting towards the beginning.

The specific account you're talking about is the new account of a prior user. They requested for an administrator to move the gameplay statistics from their old account over to this new account, but it's not a perfect process so at first glance things like number of games played/grandtotal/etc will look weird in comparison to their levelranks, etc.
