My guess was that he jailed himself, but still died to strongman.

Actually you could be wrong because thief steal "beneficial effects that players receive" instead of they own effects.

So, a thief couldn't kill a jailer that jail themselves without the strongman's help.

Well, it's all situational.

I just think my scenario is the more simple one.

So, it would make sense for the alien to vote outside of the main wagons.

By that logic and since FFA flipped, the alien would be within Subaru and the 3 non voters.

I realized after the night phase started that although it was going against literally everything I said the whole entire phase that day that I could've voted for Wayward Vagabond and made it 5/4. If a knife in the box happened, we'd've found the alien because whoever was in the sun fan's stack was an alien.

If nothing happened, the alien would have probably been in the non-vote or Wayward Vagabond stack. Still reading all the way through but figured I'd respond to these now.
