The ideal scenario is that town gets some sort of consensus on a lead wagon and that wagon flips wolf.

If it feels like it's going in that direction then sure yeah, no lynch shouldn't happen.

If the EoD votes look like 1:1:1:1:1:1:1:1 and it's chaos city.
I think no lynch becomes viable.
