So I was clearing out some old tombs filled with dangerous mechanoids, when HBar thought it would be a great idea to jump in the middle of the fight with his crew You can see them smashing a lightbulb in the bottom right. HBar Raid #1 As Hbar tried to flee, I tried to capture him with Hanabira. HBar Raid #2  Sorry bud lol (Totally not sure if you will re-spawn eventually or you are perma-dead lol... most likely perma-dead) Also Kaho, you got hurt pretty bad but no lost limbs (yet)
