I forgot to remove a recently quoted line about permanent powers in the OP. It was recently quoted by Cold Kitten, but it has been removed.

This was a decision I made before the game, and that's one mention of that idea that I forgot to remove since the OP is huge.

I blame the few database errors I got while trying to fix it before.

Yes. It used to be in the Wolf Permanent PM and the setup explanation sections, but I forgot to take it out of the FAQ.
