i think they assumed the doc blocked boomer the night before this and wouldn't be able to protect him again, and they were wrong

Molly was the bigger threat because Blocker can stop an entire NK or the Roleblocker.
Boomer is a lesser threat because he can be roleblocked infinitely.
Doc doesn't stop a roleblock. Doc only stop the NK.
