You didn't acknowledge because they weren't the current target of your ire.

Your strategy comes off as causing confusion and stress, and pushing on a single person until either they become immune or gone

that's not towny, that's not trying to solve, that's just trying to interrupt solving efforts

It’s a gut read more than anything but the way I see it, reads and opinions are easy to fake if you’re a wolf; emotions, not so much. Eugene strikes me as someone who is admittedly excited but just trying to figure the game out.
