I almost burnt my house down one time thanks to this very website.

I was heating up some soup in a pot with the stove, and i was playing FFR. I was only supposed to use a low flame and heat it for a short time, but i was playing ffr and i was in the middle of a song and i heard my timer ring. I thought that id just finish the level, and two minutes later i had finished the song but there was a ton of smoke coming from the kitchen.

I had actually burnt a pot of soup. The soup and the meat inside the pot was all black and the bottom of the pot was totalled, so we had to throw it out.

It's a fact.

Every food I've ever eaten with syrup on it (providing that I previously liked the food) tastes awesome.

Including dill pickles.
I wonder....could a person swim in a swimming pool filled with syrup. If not it would indeed be a maply way to die.

I tapped a tree once. It felt good

knowing I had syrup by the end of that week.

Hahahaha, awesome security system your mom installed, Zeyonce. XD

Oh, and to everyone that burned their seemingly simple recipes, here's my sob story.

I once forgot to stir the noodles while making macaroni and cheese, and to this day there are still some black spots on the pot I used during that fateful event from the poor things. I didn't even get to the point where I got to add the cheesy stuff from the pouch.

I'm a pretty good cook, except for that time I put that Milkyway Bar in the Microwave. Yep, good times.
