Hoo boy, I feel the need to clarify something here.
Arsonists in this game format are used to burn down a building at night instead of making a nightkill. Just replace burning with raiding, and arsonists with Con Staff.
Card flips in full, occur after death just like in any other game featuring them; no delays, no shenanigans.
