try relaxing in bed and resting and drinking water

(and yes i know this is a joke lol, but if you actually have a headache i think it helps to relax and not concentrate on anything and drink some water; also if you haven't eaten a lot today it might really help to eat something)

I have constant migraines every day because of nerve damage that makes me clench my teeth constantly and this thread offends me
