With the stupid simple principle of "what animal is cute", I would put foxgirl at the top.

Wolf girls obviously, think about it, a cat girl drinks your milk but a wolf girl eats ur meat >:3

Trust the key is the personality of the animal girl not necessarily the aesthetic because no matter how u look at it, ears, tail and a cute Lil fang is gonna be cute regardless

For example kagerou or momiji, awoooooo

Edit: debatably fox girls also cause them being tricksters and silly makes them cuter
