Bolded: For the most part, yes.
Jessie fired the first and only shot on WV.
I don't remember who made the first, I, and YoshL fired on Haku. This is the point of most contention for obvious reasons (him flipping blue), but if you read that section, you'll realize that Haku Haku'd more than he's ever Haku'd before.

DBP got shot anonymously by a wolf who got an item from the secret shop which allowed for a day vigi to be used after the first hour of phase start, and before the final hour of phase end.

You would be mostly correct. It is used to appear green upon a seering, although upon being seered, the Robe is used up. I am not notified of it.

Xiz has this exact worry as well, and you are correct in your assessment.
However, you only have my word to go on it that I am telling the truth about my actions and intentions; it's up to you to trust it.

DaB had Haku shoot Xiz but missed, ffa disagreed with the choice and shot Haku but missed, then Haku claimed, but not the real character name so as to avoid that penalty, then of course found out for being false, then was shot at by TWGma on flavour knowledge, missed, then killed by Daikyi.
