So, about the ITA. Not everyone seems to be in total agreement on what should happen, and I feel like making the procedure organized would be useful, even if not everyone agrees on what should happen.

I don't know if I agree with DBP just calling out shots, but having them as the organizational authority (if they're here) makes sense. I'd even be okay with some of the blue claims doing the same if their roles (in the ITA, not their actual roles) are well defined--but I'm not sure what kind of organizational role is needed other than a "go ahead". What seems most problematic is that a bunch of people can show up, claim to have never agreed to anything, and shoot whomever. That's not even a completely terrible idea, although it feels very suboptimal (in terms of actually achieving a result), and reduces individual responsibility for the decision.

Since there's a full hour, I think it would make sense for people to check in as present immediately, and announce a player (or players) they intend to or are otherwise willing to shoot. DBP could make sure it proceeds in an orderly fashion, with any shenanigans assumed as suspect.

I just finished eating some Hawaiian BBQ and am letting the food settle before I go to the gym. Reading what's going on but can't get on my comp to multi tab and read what happened before

The more shots get used the better, I don't care how we do it but I did like roundbox idea

It's just because you're going back and forth on the same thing over and over again not making any progress. It just read like you were both trying to come off like you're invested in the game without actually having to do anything. Also just kind of distracting from actual investigation by bringing people to weigh in on the situation between both of you instead of focusing on other things.
