InD either knew or extremely strongly suspected the alien was on manti, didn't see my unvote on haku, and voted manti with the 'keep him in second' claim to counteract the alien otherwise making haku win

(if i stay on haku it's 4-4 BUT if the alien is on manti, it's actually 3-4. InD can tie manti with haku with his vote)

i actually didn't know the votes and thought haku had more, and i thought haku was approaching claiming alien, so we would need a second lynch
