this happens a lot this game, and while I don't think now is the time to dig into it deeper, I want ppl to remember for subsequent phases

leaning that as town now though, going against the grain is hard -- the tricky part is that it doesn't really require a whole lot of "reads" or critical game thought and can be an easy mechanism for seeming to contribute to the game without actually doing anything

i.e. being contrarian for the sake of appearing active

Didn't really notice that but I think it's super wolfy, discrediting easy town leans is something wolves love to do
