I'm pretty sure that Manti was just so dominant back in his day that there was overlap from FFR to other communities that had overlap to FFR that they adopted the term "Manti Rule"

Any Fire Emblem Awakening knowledge, or Fire Emblem general knowledge, will grant you no to negligible advantages in the game so you're ok

We have the manti rule on NSM and I'm probably the only player there to have read the comprehensive rules thread lol
