every time I see this thread title I get this stuck in my head:

because there was a simfile titled something along the lines of "the history of DDR" that had one track from each of 1st mix through extreme and smooth (but sometimes lulzy) transitions.

sadly I can't find anything about it on google anywhere, but ironically it is probably in this collection
